The Marconi Restaurant is our restaurant specialising in seafood. A major part of the Foyles Hotel's reputation is based on the excellence of it's cuisine. As a dining venue the hotel is acclaimed Local and overseas visitors alike. Mouthwatering beef, world-renowned Irish salmon, sea trout and seafood, tender Conemara lamb and fresh vegetables are prepared with meticulous care by internationally experienced chefs. The menus are vast and imaginative, including interesting vegetarian dishes, and all accompanied by an extensive wine list.

The hotel dining and breakfast room offers tasty alternatives in a very cosy atmosphere. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is served. The hotel restaurant serves from 7.30 AM to 9.30 PM.

Our public bar offers an interesting blend of hotel guests and a local characters renowned for it's biweekly Thursday night open mic sessions, impromptu gigs and all round good craic.
